This is a small, not fancy, tex mex restaurant in the corner of a dead strip mall. Don't expect much in the way of atmosphere. The food and service are always great. It's simple Mexican food for people that don't know a lot about actual Mexican cuisine. But they know their crowd, and as such, they serve up just what you need if you're craving a number #17 with a coke or nachos and a margarita. If you go in knowing what to expect, it's great. Tip well and be nice.
